Creating a Web App for Automatic API Access Across Dust Workspaces

Hello, I need to create a web application which will have to access the Dust usage data API. I have read that I need to contact support team to call this usage API for my workspace. But how can I make this application usable on other workspace, without having each user of my application call the support to activate the access to the usage API for their workspace? Is there a way to create an application installable on a Dust workspace, that create an API key automatically that can use the usage data API?
