Impossible to link workplace to Zendesk Integration

Hello,

I downloaded the Zendesk Integration on Tuesday, and all worked well. But since Thursday, I have an issue where all assistants tell me “c is not defined”
When looking at it, I see that the API KEY and environment ID have disappeared, and every time i try to put them back, validating the change and updating the app have them removed again. Therefore I cannot manage to use the Dust App on Zendesk

Ps: if not fixed please make sure your Dust Zendesk app is up to date to the latest version

I removed and reinstalled the app from the marketplace, but I still have the same issue unfortunately…

This is odd - and you have refreshed the page you’re trying on in zendesk?
The fact that the api key and workspace ID disappear is normal, it’s the way of Zendesk to protect sensitive data.

Ok now it works! (it’s indeed normal to not have the API key appear clearly, but the fact that it shows as empty is a bit counter-intuitive (should be greyed out) - but it’s a problem on ZD side.
