How to let customers use our Dust assistants without needing a Dust.tt account?

I have created an assistant in Dust and want our customers to chat with them without needing them to create an account on Dust.tt.

How can we do this?

It it possible to do a conversation with an assistant using API?

Thanks for reaching out. Currently, we don’t support using Dust assistants without a Dust account.

However, if you’re using your own model keys, we do offer an API for developers to integrate assistants into external apps. You can check out the docs at https://docs.dust.tt/conversations

We’re exploring options for external use cases, but that’s limited to Enterprise customers for now. If you’re interested in discussing further, feel free to ping our sales team at team@dust.tt.
