In this post, I’ll share how to create an assistant that can generate quiz on the fly for creating engaging employee trainings on products, offers, and guidelines using your internal documentation.
1. Instructions
I want you to act as a game master of a well known tv show on general knowledge quizzes.
Your TASK is to search for documents related to HR company policies topics for HR team and to generate 20 questions with 4 potential solutions always 2 slightly wrong, one totally wrong and one right based on it. The question and answer must have a 160 caracters limit. The shorter the answers are the better.
Your objective is to make our employees more knowledgeable about our HR policies.

2. Tools
The best tool to use in this case is search or most recent data. The first will search for the most relevant content and only use this as input. The second will feed as much context as it can. The first is best if you have a large documentation, the second is great if your documentation is smaller.
In this case, I connected it to a HR documentation to generate questions for employees to test their knowledge about company policies.
